A small shop with a long bench outside, opened in 2019.
Bean & Gone started as a weekend coffee cart at the Stoneybatter market and moved into the old hardware shop on Manor Street in 2019. The shelving is original; so is the bell over the door.
We buy from roasters we've visited, change the guest coffee every few weeks and bake in the small oven at the back each morning. The shop is run by the two of us and a handful of part-timers who know the regulars' orders before they reach the counter.
It is a quiet room on purpose. Come for a coffee, stay for a second.
